How It Works

1. You fill out our Eligibility Form.

Grab your insurance card and complete our Eligibility Form. The process takes less than two minutes from start to finish.

2. We will verify your coverage.

 We will verify your eligibility to receive a CGM and supplies through your insurance. This process is immediate for many - or can take between one to five business days if we need additional information. Keep an eye out for calls and messages from us!

3. You’ll choose the CGM that is right for you.

The items you can receive are determined by your specific coverage. Once your coverage is confirmed, you will be able to select the CGM and supplies that best fit your coverage and lifestyle. 

4. We will fulfill your order.

We will work behind the scenes to confirm and secure your prescription, coordinate paperwork and payments, and ship your insurance-covered items - from your initial CGM to your regular supply of sensors - straight to your door!
