Returning your Purchase

We appreciate your business and thank you for shopping at Aeroflow Breastpumps. We hope that you are pleased with your purchase, but understand that returns are necessary at times. For this reason, we want to make the return process as easy as possible. Please note, Aeroflow Breastpumps does not accept returns on breast pumps, used products, or clearance items.
If you are experiencing issues with your breast pump, please contact the manufacturer.

How to Return Purchased Items

Please click one of the provided links above to submit a return request. All returns must be made within 45 days of purchase, in the original condition, and with packaging in tact. Please allow up to two weeks for credit card refunds. Aeroflow Breastpumps will only pay return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.


Exclusions to Return Policy

Aeroflow Breastpumps does not accept returns on breast pumps, used products or clearance items. Due to hygienic reasons and the personal nature of Maternity Compression apparel, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges of unworn items in original packaging. Returns are subject to evaluation by Aeroflow Breastpumps. Breast pump bags purchased through a bag/pump combination are eligible for exchange only. To exchange your breast pump bag purchased in a pump/bag combination please call us at, 844-867-9890 or email us at returns@aeroflowbreastpumps.com.


Warranty Information

All breast pumps are warranted through the manufacturer, not through Aeroflow Breastpumps. If you are experiencing any issues with your breast pump, please contact the manufacturer, who can help you troubleshoot your problem. For more information please visit our Warranty Information Page.



Returns Policy

Returning Your Purchase

We appreciate your business and thank you for shopping at Aeroflow Diabetes. We hope that you are pleased with your purchase, but understand that returns are necessary at times. For this reason, we want to make the return process as easy as possible. 

Please note that due to the medical nature of our products, Aeroflow Diabetes does not accept returns on any product that has been open or used. An open product is considered one where the seal or product packaging has been broken or opened. 

How to Return Purchased Items

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Aeroflow Diabetes will offer a full refund on most items. To return your product for a full refund, please contact us at aeroflowdiabetes@aeroflowinc.com or 866-456-6755 within 10 days of receipt of your purchase. Please allow up to two weeks for credit card refunds. Aeroflow Diabetes will only pay return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.

To qualify for a full refund:

  • Product must be clean, unused and in its original packaging
  • Items must be returned within 30 days
  • Call Aeroflow Diabetes at 866-456-6755 to begin the returns process. You will be issued a return authorization for your package to return it our distributing vendor. In order to receive your refund, you will need to wait on the return authorization, and we must receive confirmation that your product has been shipped via return authorization back to our vendor.

Return Authorization

To send a return, you must have a return authorization number associated with your purchase. Please call us at 866-456-6755, Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm EST to obtain a return authorization number and a return address ahead of mailing back your purchased items. Please note that not all returns go to our corporate warehouse. We will give you the return address at the time of authorization.
